A Leadership Pipeline for Hawai'i

The Center for Tomorrow’s Leaders is a local non-profit organization with a mission to engage, equip, and empower young leaders for Hawaii. Through signature high school and post-secondary programs, CTL is creating an atmosphere for student leaders from every community to be discovered and trained.

Leadership Pipeline

Our 10-year leadership pipeline for Hawaii from sophomore year of high school to age 25 provides a leader feeder for Hawaii’s businesses, government, and all sectors of young people who are from, for, and in Hawaii.

Ambassadors Program

CTL’s extensive partnership with the Hawaii Department of Education to run weekly leadership classes in 13 high schools across 5 islands. 500 students every year in a 3-year, project based learning structure, with option for industry-recognized CAP-M junior project management credential.

Fellows Program

CTL’s fellowship for 20 public and private high school juniors and seniors. Fellows have the opportunity to meet and interview C-Suite level leaders in private and public sectors and receive advance coaching for projects with island-wide impact.

CTL's 1-on-1 summer mentorship program for all local graduating seniors that runs from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Building stronger, bolder, & more hopeful students as they prepare for post-grad next steps.

Vanguard

CTL’s opt-in post-secondary program for alumni aged 18-25. Vanguard continue their leadership development in college and early career through special initiatives in civics and career including micro-internships, focus groups on key issues, elevating GenZ voice for upcoming elections, & more.
