The Center for Tomorrow’s Leaders is a local non-profit organization with a mission to engage, equip, and empower young leaders for Hawaiʻi. Through signature high school and post-secondary programs, CTL is creating an atmosphere for student leaders from every community to be discovered and trained. Our 10-year leadership pipeline for Hawaiʻi from sophomore year of high school to age 25 provides a leader feeder for Hawaiʻi’s businesses, government, and all sectors of young people who are from, for, and in Hawaiʻi. This school year, we are working with 800 young leaders from 18 Hawaiʻi DOE high schools across five islands, training 20 Fellows from public and private high schools in advanced leadership, and creating opportunities for our 2,000+ alumni to lead in college and early career. |  |
